Try This Goal-Setting Worksheet

The change of seasons always feels to me like a reset.  It’s also a time of transitions and adjustments that can be challenging. Brian Tracy, the goal setting guru states:

Your ability to discipline yourself to set clear goals, and then to work toward them every day will do more to guarantee your success than any other single factor.”

The word “discipline” isn’t very motivating. I often focus with clients on what they want and how it will benefit them.  And, if you’re going through a transition now or soon, download my Goal Setting Worksheet (In MsWord) to help you take steps towards what you want this Fall.  It addresses only one goal at a time, helping chart your success with questions that will help provide the motivation you need to succeed.
